PVC pipes and connections installations are in different ways :

  • Glue connection pipe

PVC glue can be hold in 4 to 47 degrees of centigrade . be careful, this glue should not be tightened.

  • Cut the tube perpendicular to the cutting axis and make the pipe clearly smooth
  • Mark the outer surface of the pipe
  • Clean up the pipe from any oil or moisture. Pollution reduces Adhesion
  • Cover the pipe outer and inner surface with glue
  • Before the adhesive is dried, press the pipe to the pixel and wait for 15 to 30 seconds.
  • After the installation is completed clean the extra glue.
  • The enough time to tighten the pipe and connection together is 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Sealing test for three meter height can be done after 24 hours.
